Time: 7:00 pm

Affectionately known as "Bob's Track session". The club's head coach Bob Pringle takes you on a journey of the gentle warm up through to the gut busting endurance sessions that prepare you for the season ahead. As with all other sessions the training is streamed to suit your ability or effort level. Many report that these sessions are great in the long, dark winter nights... http://www.chaucer.sheffield.sch.uk/si_directions.asp
