Time: 7:00 pm

Improve your cycling endurance and technique...and probably sweat a bit too. You can expect to challenge your limits...if you have them!! All in the pursuit of good fun and not too serious. These sessions will definitely make you smile and grimace at the same time.

Junior tri training at Westfield School. Run or bike session followed by pool training. 2:30-4:30pm

Time: 6:00 pm

A coached swim session focussing on technique development and improvement. 6-7pm. Taking a drink bottle to sip from at this session is highly recommended.

The club's head coach Bob Pringle takes you on a journey of the gentle warm up through to the gut busting endurance sessions that prepare you for the season ahead. As with all other sessions the training is streamed to suit your ability or effort level.
